The Truth Messengers

The name reflects who they are and what they sing about. They are messengers for God spreading spiritual truth through songs. All who believe in world peace and harmony must hear their CD. It is contemporary gospel at its best, uplifting and purposeful.

This CD uniquely connects universal spiritual messages with social conscious messages. The objective is for listeners to reach out through the love of God and give a helping hand to the less fortunate. “Living on the streets”, (a song for the homeless), “Waiting Child”, (a song for foster children), and “Do it for the people”, (a song for world peace) are asking all of God’s children to love and care for each other.

The writer, Darryl “Cappy” Lewis, says although he’s proud of all 12 songs on the CD, the Latin gospel, “The Spirit of God Lives In Me”, is very special. He didn’t plan to write a Latin gospel, but the more he wrote the more Latin the song became. To make the song authentic, it is recorded with a Latin band.

The Truth Messengers are ready and willing to carry their message wherever necessary. They sing to open the hearts and minds of people all over the world to achieve religious and world peace.
